Billie Longwell is a certified wellness coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.


With a strong belief that small, daily habits create lasting change, Billie’s coaching approach is rooted in encouragement, accountability, and sustainable growth. Real transformation doesn’t happen overnight — it happens in the small, consistent choices we make every day.


Billie’s ideal client is someone who recognizes that they have autonomy over the habits they create — or want to change — and is ready to take intentional steps toward a healthier, more balanced life. Sometimes, even within our closest circles, we don’t always have the support or cheerleader we need to make these changes, and Billie understands that. Her goal is to walk alongside you — to encourage you, help you implement positive changes, and celebrate your progress every step of the way.

Shai Carter is a Wellness Blessing Certified Holistic Self-Care Mentor. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Walden University.


Shai empowers women to care for their bodies, minds, and spirits with intention. Her teachings blend practical wellness tools—such as breathwork, healthy eating habits, natural beauty practices, and grounding techniques—with biblical wisdom that reminds women of their identity in Christ. Through her classes and seminars, Shai creates a peaceful, faith‑filled space where women can reconnect with themselves, honor the bodies God created, and cultivate a lifestyle of balance, confidence, and spiritual wellness.
